One platform. Configured to your business.
Generic software makes every company work the way the software wants. Tread Ready does the opposite: you tell us what kind of business you run, and the platform turns on the catalog structure, ticket fields, modules, and terminology that business actually uses. An OTR tire dealer gets a tire portal. A hydraulics shop gets a hose portal. A fleet gets a maintenance portal. Same system underneath — different surface on top.
The portal shapes itself to the shop.
At onboarding you pick your business type. From there, the catalog is structured around what you sell, work order and ticket fields ask for what your techs actually capture, unused modules never appear in the menu, and the AI agents speak your vocabulary — DOT and tread depth in a tire shop, crimp spec and working pressure in a hose shop, hour meter and PM interval in a fleet. What stays shared underneath is the part that should be shared: pricing resolution, claims, purchasing, reporting, and the ledger. You get a portal built for your trade without buying a one-off system nobody else maintains.
Specific outcomes, not generic promises.
OTR tire dealer.
Tire fitment by machine and application, DOT and tread depth capture, casing and retread tracking, position maps, mount/balance and road service ticket types, and the guided warranty claim flow.
Hydraulics & hose shop.
Hose assembly builder with fitting, ferrule, and crimp specs, working and burst pressure ratings, cut lengths and lay lines, plus on-site hose service tickets and a mobile crimp truck dispatch view.
Parts distributor.
Catalog and crossover lookup, supersession handling, stocking levels across branches, tier and contract pricing per account, and PO resolution across the chain.
Fleet or equipment owner.
Machine records with hour meters, PM schedules coming due, tire and parts consumption per unit, downtime and availability, and service requests to whichever shop you use.
Equipment dealer & service shop.
Work orders across bays and field trucks, component warranty against the manufacturer, parts on the ticket, and technician certification tied to what they're allowed to sign off.
Something else entirely.
Business types are configuration, not a code fork. If you run a category we haven't shipped a profile for yet, we build the profile — catalog shape, ticket fields, and terminology — instead of asking you to bend to a tire workflow.
New business-type profiles are added as customers bring them. Tell us what you run and we'll show you the closest live profile plus what we'd change for you.
